NAVFAC Hawaii is conducting market research for a potential sole-source procurement of door locks meeting performance requirements equivalent to BEST hardware manufactured by Dormakaba USA Inc. The alternate product must use a small-format interchangeable core system compatible with existing BEST locks. Interested parties with a comparable product are invited to submit complete technical data and specifications, plus company information and a point of contact, to Shae Ishimoto via email at shae.n.ishimoto.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions must be typed in at least 11-point Times New Roman, single-sided 8.5x11 pages, and provided in Adobe PDF; company brochures should not be submitted.
