SOURCES SOUGHT FOR ALLEN BRADLEY PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PCL)
NAVFAC Hawaii is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for a Programmable Logic Controller, I/O modules, and programming software that meet or exceed the specifications of the Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5580 platform. The products must be compatible with the existing SCADA system and support cybersecurity standardization, regular firmware updates, seamless integration with existing Allen-Bradley and RUGID PLCs, and fully redundant supervisory control with automatic failover. The system must meet detailed modular hardware requirements covering CPU, communications, power supply, I/O, diagnostics, accuracy, and an OEM-native engineering software environment that prohibits third-party bridging tools. Interested parties with a comparable product may submit complete technical data and specifications for government evaluation, with all submissions becoming U.S. Government property and at the responder's own cost. This is market research only and does not commit the government to issuing a solicitation or awarding a contract.
