The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) proposes to repair Building 154 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The project scope would include replacing/repairing damaged timber columns and a truss bottom chord, re-roofing the facility, removing unused door tracks from the roof framing and repainting the building. In addition, the project would also include lead paint abatement, termite treatment, and seismic upgrades.
