The Contractor shall provide a mobile laundry trailer with 10 washers and 10 dryers complete and ready for use. The placement/finished installation of the mobile laundry trailer shall be approved by the TPOC and Contracting Officer. Electrical wiring shall comply with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, and applicable local regulation(s) and standard(s). Stairs with railing and deck shall be provided for each Entry/Exit. Exterior connection points for water supply shall be standard nominal sized or adapters to standard nominal size shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government. Waste water shall have exterior connection points to accommodate proper and sanitary removal and disposal. The Mobile Laundry trailer shall be delivered with Washers and Dryers installed per manufacturer requirements and specification and shall operate properly and as intended by the manufacturer. Washers shall be top loading, with 3 prong plug. The approximate dimensions of the washers are, 25-5/8 inches wide, 42-3/4 inches tall, and 28 inches deep. Dryers shall be front loading with sanitize feature, the approximate dimensions of the Dryers are 26-7/8 inches wide, 42-3/4 inches tall, and 28 inches deep. Dryers shall be properly vented to the exterior of the trailer per manufacturer recommendation(s). At the completion of use, the Contractor shall remove the trailer from Government property.
