This is a market survey for a potential five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for Architect-Engineer services related to Encroachment Management planning, with an estimated total contract value of $30,000,000. The work would primarily support Navy and Marine Corps installations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. The Navy is specifically seeking responses from qualified small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and/or SDVOSB firms, to inform a future acquisition strategy. Required services include land use planning, AICUZ/RAICUZ studies, Encroachment Action Plans, strategic engagement planning, and the creation of outreach materials and electronic databases.
