This unrestricted multiple award construction contract (MACC) uses a two-phase design-build selection procedure to award approximately eight IDIQ contracts for waterfront facility projects. Work includes new construction, renovation, and repair of structures like piers, wharves, dry docks, and sea walls, primarily in California but also across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The contract has a base period of two years plus three one-year options, for a total maximum duration of five years. The estimated price range for all contracts combined is over $750,000,000, with individual task orders ranging from $50,000 to $100,000,000. A minimum guarantee of $1,000 is ordered from each awardee, and price evaluation preference will be given to HUBZone Small Business concerns.
