This is a HubZone small business set-aside for a multiple award construction contract (MACC) covering new construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and institutional facilities at government installations in Northern California, Central California, and Nevada. The contract has a two-year base period with three one-year options, for a total maximum duration of five years, and the estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $249,000,000. Task orders will range between $100,000 and $7,000,000, with a minimum guarantee of $1,000 per awardee.
