INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY UNRESTRICTED MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND REPAIR OF COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL FACILITIES USING ALTERNATIVE CONSTRUCTION METHODS (ACM) AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATI
This is an unrestricted, multiple-award IDIQ contract for new construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and institutional facilities using Alternative Construction Methods across installations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico, with the majority of work anticipated in California. The basic contract period is two years with three one-year options, for a maximum of five years, and the total estimated value for all awards combined is over $5 billion. Individual task orders, issued on a firm-fixed-price basis, are anticipated to range between $15 million and $250 million. The procurement will use a two-phase design-build selection procedure, evaluating technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, technical solution, small business participation, and price. A price evaluation preference will be given to HUBZone small businesses, and there is a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per awardee over the contract term.
