Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This procurement is for an indefinite delivery contract providing multi-discipline architect-engineer services for stormwater and environmental compliance. The work will be performed primarily at Navy and Marine Corps bases in California, and to a lesser extent in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and other DoD sites nationwide. The contract has a total not-to-exceed amount of $80,000,000 and a guaranteed minimum of $5,000. The base period is two years with one three-year option period, and the estimated start date is September 2026. Individual task orders under the contract will range from $5,000 to $3,000,000.
