NAVFAC Southwest issued this Sources Sought Synopsis for market research to identify qualified Small Businesses, SBA-certified 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, and/or SDVOSB firms capable of all other specialty trade construction under NAICS 238990, including new construction, repair, and renovation. Performance may occur at various Government facilities in Metropolitan San Diego, CA (Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Base Coronado, and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar), within NAVFAC SW AORs, and other approved locations. The resulting contract(s) would have a 24-month base period plus a 36-month option, for up to five years, with an estimated combined base and option value of $99,000,000 and task orders estimated between $2,000 and $2,000,000. The NAICS small business size standard is $19 million, and a potential geographical restriction may require a verifiable physical office within 150 miles/3 hours of the installations. Interested firms would need to provide company information, business type, bonding capacity, locations, relevant project experience, and safety rates, but this notice is not an RFP and involves no procurement commitment or reimbursement.
