This is a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract for specialty trade construction projects. The work will be performed at various government facilities within the NAVFAC Southwest area, including bases in San Diego, Coronado, Point Loma, and MCAS Miramar, California. The basic contract performance period is 24 months with one 36-month option, for a total possible duration of five years. The total estimated maximum value for all contracts combined is $49,000,000, with individual task orders typically ranging from $2,000 to $1,000,000 and a minimum guarantee of $5,000 per awardee. Award will be made to a single contractor using a best-value tradeoff process, evaluating factors like project management ability, experience, past performance, safety, and price.
