This is a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside IDIQ Job Order Contract (JOC) under NAICS 238990 for specialty trade alteration, repair, rehabilitation, and minor construction work at various government facilities in the NAVFAC SW Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, California areas of responsibility and other approved locations. It will use lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection to award one contract, with task orders issued on a firm-fixed-price basis and no negotiations, evaluated on technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, and price. The contract has a 24-month base period plus one 36-month option, for up to 60 months total, with an estimated maximum value of $49,000,000; task orders are expected to range from $2,000 to $1,500,000, and only $1,000 is guaranteed.
