NAVFAC SW, FEAD Monterey, intends to issue a Task Order under Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 0098 in accordance with FAR part 16.5. The proposed contract action is for NPS Fenestrations on two (2) buildings of historical significance. A sources sought had been posted for this action on 12 May 2023. There were two interested firms. The government determined the MACC was the best acquisition tool to provide sufficient competition.
