SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a Firm Fixed-Price Design-Build construction project for the partial demolition and replacement of three unit substations and associated electrical components in Building 234 at Naval Support Activity Monterey (NSAM) – Halligan Hall. The work includes two optional items for installing a spare conduit and providing new distribution switchboards. The solicitation has been amended multiple times to incorporate government responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), a commissioning requirement, and updated contract clauses. An updated Wage Determination has also been incorporated. The RFI due date has been extended through these amendments.
