The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, proposes to lease and assign Government-owned real property under the process and terms outlined in the solicitation. The procurement is a leasing and development opportunity at the Marine Terminal of Defense Fuel Support Point San Pedro, San Pedro, California, special area of Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. The property available for lease consists of an 11-acre marine terminal that includes a fuel pier ("Pier 12") in Long Beach, California. It is improved with fueling infrastructure and facilities, and connects to offsite fuel pipelines. The property available for assignment consists of four offsite, Navy-owned pipelines, totaling 14 miles. The solicitation allows for proposals to be submitted on the Marine Terminal and on none, one, or more than one of the available fuel pipelines. Note: The Main Terminal of Defense Fuel Support Point is not available for lease in this solicitation and the Department of the Navy does not require fuel from the Marine Terminal for Navy use.
