This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFP number is N62473-22-R-3431. This solicitation documents and incorporates applicable provisions and clauses. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text here: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ The NAICS code is 561210 and the Small Business Standard is $41.5M. This is a 100% small business set aside action. The NAVFAC SOUTHWEST - FEAD CORONADO requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Exhaust Vent services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable attachments. Period of Performance (POP) is 21 April 2022 through 20 April 2023 and will include four (4) additional one-year (12-month) option periods; Place of Performance is will be at Naval Base Coronado (NBC), Coronado, CA to include and not limited to: Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado (NASNI), CA; Naval Amphibious Base (NAB), Coronado, CA; Naval Outlying Landing Field (NOLF), Imperial Beach, CA; Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Camp, Warner Springs, CA; and Naval Auxiliary Landing Field (NALF), San Clemente Island (SCI).
