INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR DEMOLITION PROJECTS AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, ARIZONA, COLORADO,... INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR DEMOLITION PROJECTS AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, ARIZONA, COLORADO, UTAH, AND NEW MEXICO. Task orders issued under this MACC will be for demolition projects at various government installations located in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. However, it is anticipated that most projects will be performed in the state of California. The proposed contract(s) will be for one base period of two (2) years with two (2) option periods of three (3) years, resulting in the contract performance period of maximum 8 years. The estimated total contract price for the base year and the option periods is $99,000,000. Task order range is estimated between $100,000 and $10,000,000.
