The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, operators and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below at Facility Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Naval Base Coronado, Coronado, California. The type of contract anticipated for this acquisition is Firm Fixed-Price to include a combination of recurring and nonrecurring work. The contractor is required to perform facilities support services/work, which primarily consists of maintenance, repair, alteration services, and minor construction (incidental to service work). The contractor will perform the required services under eight (8) technical annexes: 1002000 - Supply Services, 1502000 - Facilities Investment, 1503010 - Custodial, 1503030 - Integrated Solid Waste Management, 1503040 - Training Pools, 1503050 - Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, 1604000 - Wastewater, and 1800000 - Environmental.
