QUESTION: Is there is an incumbent contract or contractor associated to the requirement. If any, please provide the contractor's name and contract number. ANSWER: The incumbent contracts/contractors are as follows: N62473-17-A-0002 = Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc.; N62473-17-A-0003 = G2RJ Incorporated DBA Trevet; N62473-17-A-0004 = Black Gold Industries 2. QUESTION: Is there a list of downloadable documentation? ANSWER: There is no list of downloadable documentation. 3. QUESTION: What is the best way to see the current contractors and what their rates are? ANSWER: Please refer to ANSWER 1 with regards to the current contractors. 4. QUESTION: Is there a department that can be contacted to request such information via Freedom of Information Act? ANSWER: Contractors may submit a request for copies of contracts from the NAVAFAC SW Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Administrator. Contractors must provide the Contract Number and the Contractor Name with their request. Send FOIA requests to the following email address: kathy.v.lewis@navy.mil. Contractors/offerors must bear in mind that each solicitation and contract stands on its own; and past contracts may not be a reflection of future solicitations and/or resultant contracts.
