WORK DESCRIPTION: The work includes, but is not limited to; provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment services for maintenance, repair and altering of the Direct Digital Controls/Energy Management Communication System (EMCS) equipment and systems managed by the Public Works Department at Naval Support Activity Monterey (NSAM). The Prime contractor shall be responsible for all maintenance and repair services performed under the contract. Prime contractor is responsible for self-performing the work or locating appropriate subcontractors capable of performing the work. Prime contractor is responsible for ensuring proper workmanship and equipment is utilized by subcontractors performing work on all systems when the contractor is not otherwise certified to work on such systems. The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, and/or alteration for the following building systems: - Direct Digital Controls - Energy Management and Control System - Automated Logic Control System
