This project will be procured using Woman Owned Business (WOSB) competitive procedures limited to qualifying WOSB firms in the Fresno, Sacramento or San Francisco District Office of the Small Business Administration. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation for all services, labor, materials, equipment, and deliverables necessary for completion of work requirement. The work location is Naval Support Activity Monterey, CA. This is a design-build construction project located at the Naval Postgraduate School. Three chillers (B235, B245, and B330) and one AHU (B246) have reached the end of their useful life and need to be replaced. The contractor shall provide technical planning, construction, and oversight to perform the demolition and disposal, installation, integration with existing building mechanical, electrical, and control systems, commissioning, and testing.
