The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, proposes to lease Government-owned real property for commercial fueling purposes under the process and terms outlined in the Request for Proposals. The procurement is a leasing opportunity at the Defense Fuel Support Point San Pedro, San Pedro, California, special area of Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. The Navy proposes to lease a 311-acre fuel depot and 11-acre fuel pier, improved with fueling infrastructure and facilities, and assign its interest in 14 miles of Navy-owned offsite pipelines. Continued Navy use of the fuel pier is required for routine and contingency military fueling operations.
