In support of directives of CNO/NAVFAC/NAVFAC Pacific/NAVFAC SW objectives, NAVFAC SW has identified a need to provide development opportunities to our GS13/14 Supervisors that address Office of Personnel Management (OPM AND NAVFAC) Competencies. The purpose is to provide classroom training to GS13/14 Supervisors in order to promote a more productive, healthy, and innovative work environment. Training sessions will be, but are not limited to: 1. Business Acumen 2. Results Driven 3. Building Coalitions 4. Leading People and Leading Change 5. Leading Difficult People 6.
