AMENDMENT 0002 dated 22 JAN 20 REVISE SOW as follows: REMOVE: The contract shall be of a firm-fixed price type with a one-year base period of performance to begin February 1, 2020 with provisions for up to four one-year option periods for a total of up to five years of performance. SOW dated 2 JAN 20 The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, Naval Air Station Lemoore intends to award a contract for the acceptance of non-hazardous solid waste and comingled recyclable waste, both Government-delivered separately to the contractor’s refuse disposal/transfer site, in support of Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA. This procurement does not provide for the collection and transportation of waste. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the requisite services. The contract shall be of a firm-fixed price type with a one-year base period of performance to begin February 1, 2020 with provisions for up to four one-year option periods for a total of up to five years of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562212 (Solid Waste Landfill). The acquisition is not set aside. It is a Full and Open Competition. The Government intends to award without discussions to the bidder with the lowest aggregate total price of CLINs 0001 through 0005 plus the added evaluation factor per Section M of this solicitation. In addition, offerors must provide unit prices to complete the Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINS) price tables in Section J. A firm fixed bid price is required for each bid item in order to be considered responsive to the RFP. Bidders must be registered in System for Award Management(SAM) prior to award and must have updated their Representations and Certifications.
