Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to replace roof and exterior doors at B-60505, San Clemente Island (SCI), CA. The contractor shall remove and replace all damaged roofing, replace all roof jacks and edge metal, replace all exterior doors, SS hinges, and SS locking hardware, and provide matching threshold. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Due to limited access to SCI, contractors shall provide only 1 representative to attend the required site-walk. Government flights to SCI are not guaranteed. If flights are unavailable, the contractor must provide their own flights to SCI the day of the site walk.
