This is a pre-solicitation notice of NAVFAC FEAD SW MCAS YUMAs intent to request proposals for a Job Order IDIQ contract for repair or replacement of HVAC components at MCAS YUMA and Imperial County CA AOR. Contract will be a firm fixed priced IDIQ Job Order Contract for 10 million over five years. Base period will be a two year period with three one year option periods. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The RFP will be issued in approximately two weeks for review and response to this office. This contract action will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business entities only. The minimum guaranteed task order amount is $5,000 dollars with task orders being issued as work is required. Historical HVAC work averages apx. 1-2 million per year. Task orders will range from $2,500 to $750,000 per order. Contract award will be per FAR Part 15 as a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable contract award.
