CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), "Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements". SITE VISIT INFORMATION: All Contractors that are interested in attending the site visit must notify the Government by emailing sarah.connor@navy.mil and tue.tran@navy.mil with their planned RSVP. IAW the RFQ, "Due to capacity restrictions, Offerors may have a maximum of 2 representatives attend the Pre-Proposal/Site Visit for their firm".
