ESS costs for Main side and China Lake Propulsion Laboratory (CLPL) projects P1918 Ordnance Test Support and Technical Services (OTSTS) Laboratory Facilities and P1924 Academic Training Facility (ATF) are collectively expected to be $131,000. This amount is only a nominal percentage, approximately .12%, of the overall MILCON costs for the projects (currently estimated at $105M).
