FY20 MCON funded project P538 at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ includes the entire work to design and construct the BEQ and parking structure. Project constructs a new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) and Parking Structure at MCAS Yuma, AZ. Associated site improvements include grading, pedestrian plazas and walkways, trash enclosures, gear washdown area, pavilion shelters and landscaping areas, underground stormwater detention basins, recreation courts and athletic field, overflow camping yard and muster turf, bus shelter and turnouts, building monument and traffic signs. Roadway improvements include the redistribution of existing traffic with the proposed road closures of Thomas and Aldrich streets.
