Munitions Response Actions at Vieques, Puerto Rico and Other Sites
This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation, to identify small businesses capable of performing a cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for munitions response actions. The primary location for performance is Vieques, Puerto Rico, with potential work at other NAVFAC sites worldwide, including the continental U.S., Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The contract would have a base period plus four one-year options, totaling five years, with an estimated total value of $95 million across all task orders. The scope includes safely locating, identifying, recovering, and disposing of munitions and debris in terrestrial and aquatic environments, following DERP, CERCLA, and other regulations. Interested small businesses must have a DCAA-approved accounting system for cost-type contracts and respond to the capabilities questionnaire.
