Please see below for site visit information. The pre-proposal conference / site visit is scheduled for September 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM PDT. It is recommended that participants arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour early to allow for site access and POC availability. Upon arrival, participants are to go directly to the Yermo Annex Gate at 572 Agate Road, Daggett, CA 92327, where one of three POCs will meet contractors at the gate and assist in badging. The pre-proposal conference will take place at Building 573, Corner of 12th Street and C Street, County, CA 92376 (for Google Maps, use “Production Plant Barstow, County, CA 92376”), USMC Engineering Division Conference Room. The site visit will start immediately following. *A virtual Teams meeting will be made available for those that cannot be available in person. Participants must submit a completed MCLBB security form to the following POCs NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 11, 2024: William Beckley at william.beckley@usmc.mil, Jason Wojtkiewicz at jason.wojtkiewicz@usmc.mil and Dennis Blackford at dennis.blackford@usmc.mil. Please make sure the form is completed correctly and in its entirety in order to avoid badging delays and/or to prevent access denial. A meeting invite will be forwarded closer to the conference date. Safety shoes, hard hats and safety glasses are required. Hearing protection and high-visibility vests should be on-hand but may not required at all times.
