Provide Marine Species Monitoring, Evaluation, and Related Environmental Planning Services at various locations within NAVFAC Atlantic and Pacific Area of responsibility in accordance with the attached scope of work. The purpose of this contract is to obtain services for performance of marine resources monitoring and program management in support of U.S. Navy environmental compliance and reporting requirements. The primary geographic area covered by this contract encompasses the Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic and Pacific Areas of Responsibility, Worldwide. The contractor may also, on occasion, be tasked to provide services described herein to any DoD or other Federal Agency Worldwide. The firm selected will provide the required services through the issuance of individual task orders for up to five years (base period plus four oneyear option periods, if exercised). The maximum value of the total task orders issued under this contract is $75,000,000.
