The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic is seeking to identify companies with the capacity, experience and interest in competing for a Base Operations Support (BOS) Services Contract at Isa Air Base, Bahrain and its outlying support site, including the Patriot Battery Site in Riffa, Bahrain that may consolidate requirements of the below contracts. These services are currently performed via three (3) separate Contracts: NAVFAC Contract N62470-14-D-6012 Base Operations Support Services at ISA Air Base under a separate Combination Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and IDIQ. NAVFAC Contract N33191-18-C-0602 for Emergency Medical Services at ISA Air Base, Bahrain under a separate Combination Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and IDIQ. NAVFAC Contract N33191-15-C-1430 for Fire and Emergency Services ISA Air Base, Bahrain under a separate Combination Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and IDIQ. The work includes, if consolidated as described above, but is not limited to, providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the following services: General Information, Management and Administration, Force Protection, Fire and Emergency Services, Emergency Management Services, Galley, Unaccompanied Housing, Facility Support (Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping), Utilities (Electrical, Wastewater, Water), Transportation, and Environmental.
