Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic (NAVFAC LANT) intends to issue a request for proposal for a Design?Build, firm-fixed-price contract for construction of MILCON Projects P-19001, EDI: Airfield Upgrades-Apron Expansion; P-19002, EDI: Beddown Site Preparation; and P-19003, EDI: Airfield Upgrades-Dangerous Cargo Pad located at Keflavik, Iceland. These projects will construct an aircraft apron expansion east of the existing hot cargo pad, a dangerous cargo pad with an access taxiway and a gravel beddown site with a utility enclosure. The Government intends that this solicitation will be limited to U.S. and Icelandic firms only. See attached notice for further details.
