The intent of this solicitation is to procure one (1) five-ton double girder top running overhead electric traveling, Special Purpose Service (SPS) crane. The crane and its associated electrification shall be installed in a Reactor Access Enclosure (RAE) #4 at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The crane shall be designed, fabricated, assembled, shop tested, delivered, installed, inspected, field tested, and made ready for use in accordance with the specification.
