This Solicitation references/ combines Pre-Solicitation Notice N6244623RC001A1. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal services support for the Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) office located in Philadelphia, PA. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their capability and respond to the requirement and request a copy of the RFQ. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is the only known entity who can provide for the EZ pass toll services and automated transponders for NTAG Philadelphia.
