No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: PV-WAVE software maintenance support Intended Source: Rogue Wave Software, Inc. Rationale for non-competitive award: Rogue Wave Software Inc. is the sole source provider of PV-WAVE development, deployment, maintenance/support licensing in North America. Anticipated Award Date: 30 November 2022. The period of coverage shall consist of a one – year base with four (4) one – year options beginning 01 December 2022. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS.
