No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: Conductivity Temperature and Depth (CTD) and Underwater Bioluminescence Assessment Tool (UBAT) equipment servicing, calibrations, and repairs Intended Source: Sea-Bird Scientific Rationale for non-competitive award: Sea-Bird Scientific is the sole provider of services repairs on equipment. Anticipated Award date of September 28, 2023. The period of performance of the contract shall be a five (5) year ordering period. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS
