NAVOCEANO intends to brand name competitively award a firm fixed price contract for below referenced supply/service requirement. A request for quotation will be issued via email and no additional solicitation will be issued. To receive a copy of the solicitation, please contact the POC within five (5) calendar days after the date of this notice. Requirement: The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a requirement for annual maintenance of the Applanix POS MV firmware and POS VIEW software, covering the 24-hour telephone hotline support for reporting software defects, requesting software enhancements, requesting information and/or explanations regarding product functionality and features, requesting of work-around procedures for reported software defects including bug fixes. The period of coverage of the contract shall be for a 12 months from date of award. Additionally, NAVOCEANO has a requirement for engineering technical support (ETS) on the POS MV software to provide testing a new firmware that has an additional output message to ensure communicates properly with the Kongsberg subsystem. The ETS will support this testing and verify the new firmware with a new antenna GA830 for the POS MV. This support will be conducted aboard the US Naval Ship during the at-sea trial period. Period of performance for testing is approximately 30 days. Anticipated Award date of September 26, 2022. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR VOSB.
