Requirement: The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a requirement to procure Maritime Acoustic Collection and Ocean Sampling (MACOS) spare glider hulls and lithium battery sets to support glider operations. Intended Source: Teledyne Webb Research Rationale for non-competitive award: Teledyne Webb Research, a division of Teledyne Instruments, Inc., is the sole manufacturer and distributor of MACOS battery sets and spare parts.
