No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: Fledermaus/Qimera Software Maintenance. Intended Source: Quality Positioning Services, Inc. (QPS) Rationale for non-competitive award: QPS, is the sole provider of the requested Fledermaus/Qimera Software Maintenance. Anticipated Award date: 01 September 2022. The period of performance of the contract shall be for one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year options, estimating begin date of 01 September 2022. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS.
