No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: Hydrographic Survey software Packages (HYPACK) Software Maintenance. Intended Source: HYPACK, a division of PureHM U.S. Inc Rationale for non-competitive award: HYPACK, is the sole provider of the requested HYPACK maintenance services. Anticipated Award date: March 30, 2022. The period of performance of the contract shall be for a base and four (4) one (1) year option estimating begin date of 1 April 2022. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS.
