No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: Calibration and repair all components and test all electronic functions for serviceability to factory standards of Optics Equipment. Intended Source: Seabird Electronics Rationale for non-competitive award: Seabird Electronics is sole provider of service repairs on equipment. Anticipated Award date of September 29, 2022 The period of performance is expected to be 120 calendar days from award. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS.
