*Amendment 04: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Solicitation due date to 23-Sep-2021, 04:00 PM. *Amendment 03: The purpose of this amendment is to post updated Solicitation/Statement of Work base on questions received. *Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to post questions received and answers. *Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to extend: 1. Solicitation due date to 20-Sep-2021, 04:00 PM. 2. Question submission due date to 16 September 2021, 12:00 PM. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items per FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N6230621Q0054, as referenced above, is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021 and DFARS Change Publication Notice 20210709. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), Stennis Space Center, Mississippi has a requirement to procure up to twenty-seven (27) Model LMC-16 Data Acquisition (DAQ) Recorders, up to nineteen (19) XBT Test Canisters, and up to twenty-seven (27) BT-SV-CTD Test Devices. The Lockheed Martin Sippican (LMS), Model LMC-16 DAQ Recorder, XBT Test Canister, and BT-SV-CTD Test Device are sub-systems of the LMS Expendable Probe Launcher System, which is also a sub-system of the Physical Oceanography (PHYSO) System. The Government may cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award. Submittals in response to this RFQ are due no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 23 September 2021.
