COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N6230621Q0040 Aluminum Tubing This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items per FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations FAR 13.5 are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, as referenced above, is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only and is issued as a request for quotation FAR 13.5. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 07-12-2021 and DFARS Publication Notice 05-20-2021 It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
