This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, as referenced above, is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021 and DFARS Publication Notice 20 May 2021. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 332510 – Hardware Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 (number of employees). The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), Stennis Space Center, Mississippi has a requirement to procure two hundred (200) fabricated mooring achors to support the Environmental Acoustic Recording System (EARS). The Government may cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award.
