This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, as referenced above, is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 3-10-2021 and DFARS Publication Notice 02-24-2021. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $8.0 (millions of dollars). The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) at Stennis Space Center, MS. has a requirement to maintain approximately 16 pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to include preventative maintenance (PM), unplanned parts and repair, and service calls at Stennis Space Center, MS. NAVOCEANO intends to issue a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a firm fixed price ELIN schedule. Attachment C_Price Sheet will transition to the fixed price ELIN schedule after award. The Government may cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award.
