The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) intends to competitively award a firm fixed price contract for scientific, electronic, and logistic support services, in support of oceanographic missions to collect environmental acoustic data. The support under the prospective contract will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and will include data analytical services of acoustic datasets, electronics technical support, maintenance, deployment, and logistic support of Slocum autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) gliders. Logistic support entails receiving, storing, and transporting profiling floats and gliders to vessels and/or aircrafts.
