NAVOCEANO intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for below referenced service requirement. Requirement: Scientific and Technical Services in support of the European Deterrence Initiative (EDI) mission. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) intends to solicit for logistics, scientific and electronic support services in support of Oceanographic missions to collect environmental acoustic data. The support under the prospective contract will include data analytical services of acoustic datasets, electronics technical support of MACOS Glider maintenance and deployment, and logistics support. Specific tasks shall be provided in separate task orders. Solicitation Number N6230620R0001 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about November 7, 2019. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to propose the project. An organized Site Visit will not be held. Proposals are tentatively scheduled to be due on November 17, 2019 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). The period of performance of the contract shall be for a five (5) year ordering period estimating begin date of December 20, 2019. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSTIONS.
