The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or be a total small business set-aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 – Software Publishers, which has a corresponding size standard of $38.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Program Details: This requirement shall provide the annual licenses (or pro-rated annual licenses, as applicable) for Hydrographic Survey Launches, Survey Ships and Fleet Survey Team platforms using a NAVCOM GPS receiver employing the Real-Time GPS Positioning System (RTG) technology. These receivers, when coupled with RTG licenses, will provide horizontal positional accuracy of better than 30 cm and vertical positional accuracy of better than 50 cm worldwide. Licenses shall provide global StarFire differential GPS correction and include capability for NET-1 and NET-2 systems. NAVCOM receivers included under this requirement include models: 2050R, 2050M, 2040G, 3040G and 3050 GPS receivers.
